Know much about nutrition? Ive been eating great... In other words, im eating tons of fruits and veggies, easily staying away from pastas/breads, sugar, and dark meats. I used to be fairly skinny, but now... I think Ive gained more weight than Im used to. This is upsetting
Your diet sounds good, are you doing any form of exercise? And are you eating the right portion size of heathy foods? These easily destroy, too much of a good thing is a bad thing.
I believe you have to have a balance of diet and exercise or it doesn’t work. so if your eating good, check if you are exercising enough!
