Were you a vegetarian before you went vegan. I heard that was a easier transition than just going straight to veganism. In my opinion. I want to go vegetarian then once I complete that go vegan
Hey! I was actually not a vegetarian before I decided to go vegan, though that is a good idea. I personally think that is a good way to transition into veganism.
I really got inspired by the movie “Forks over Knives” and my sisters 32 year old boyfriend who is going into naturalpathy. I just feel good ALL THE FRICKIN TIME when I eat natures food. Before i thought i felt bad after eating bad food only, but now I see I feel bad because of THE FOODI eat. And I never knew that. Also its helped alot with depression, laziness, fatigue and so on.
A side note for vegan vs. vegetarian- Do some research on milk! you will be amazed how it does NOT help with bone growth, it creates a acid reflex which takes away from your bones to control it the acid. Like holy shizznits but I have always been taught the complete opposite.
I guess ignorance is bliss, what you dont know-cant hurt you? but once you get informed, it makes so much sense and a HUGE DIFFERENCE in life.
I am really excited to learn more about the benifits of a vegan lifestyle..and this whole time I thought vegans were CRAZY!
So I have an offer at a ophthalmology office as a tech. Dont know the salery though
I can work at the restaurant Capitol Ale House as a server. Salery is tips.
I cannot choose which to work at. The office is a full time job so I would have to take night classes at uni, but they are training me to be certified tech but this would mean no summer shinanigans for me.
The restaurant is also full time but flexible with scheduling, it’s close to my place so I could just walk, it would def be more fun but serving people gets old and bad customers suck.
HELP idk. My future depends on the choice I make. Helppp
Also I’m 21 years old if that matters… I just don’t wanna grow up :(
